I never stop thinking about negative behavior in my personality and how to breaking it. Because even if I keep do it , it doesn't mean that I like it.
Such as the bellow:
- Drinking a lot of coffee it is my way to deal with stress, anger and Headache.
- Spend a lot of my time surfing the internet even if I read good various topics or learn something new or chatting with my friends, I still use it so much.
- Also sleeping a few hours during the day like I'm afraid if I sleep I couldn't do what I want or I don't have a time to do anything.
Could you imagine that you still thinking sometime during sleeping hours!!
These bad habits which I mentioned, just an example from my big list of bad habits.
I know it is not easy to stop, but it can be done because I'm serious about it this time. By the time I will train myself to break any annoying habit by trying to replace my bad habit with something new and positive in my life.
Anyway, how do you plan to break your bad habits?


Look at the bright side of this: at least you are not a smoker. :P
